Good morning.Hope everything goes well today. I share with you many knowledge of plants before. Today let me show you around our company corporate training. In order to better serve customers, as well as firm faith sprint performance,We arranged an internal training. Three days internal training. Now I want to share with you the content of training.
In the first day, the teacher asked us a question, why we participate in the training. Someone answered to get to know himself better,other one who answered just want to know the magic of training.The answer is many difference. Each person has his own idea.
The teacher arranged we sit to a circle, and everyone stand in the center. Everyone can say what he need to improve. It was a big shock for everyone. Because every workmate will point out something which this person made wrong, and hope he can improve. But it is so that we can all work together better at work. After this little meeting, we all grew up, accepted each colleague's advice and improved.
We also played a game that everyone need to go from one line to other line about 5 meter with different post.If your post is the same as all the positions evryone have used before, then you need to start again. It is so excited and the game went seven rounds. We totally 22 persons. So the post have 154 kinds. As long as it keeps going. We will keep coming up with different positions to get through the game. As long as our own belief is strong enough, then there are countless ways. The belief is 100% and the ways is 0%. We also very trust the importance of belief, so next month we finish our performance goal. It’s more than usual about 25%.
